Ecstatic birth classes beginning May 16 in NYC

Birth and sex are not separate events that happen nine months apart. Aspects of the same psycho-somatic-spiritual trance journey, they produce profound and connected altered states of consciousness. There's an integral relationship between the processes of birth, sexual arousal and orgasm—they share the same equipment and pathways (electro-chemical, neurobiological, energetic and more).

When you understand those connections, you can have the most amazing, empowering, ecstatic birth experience possible (or support others to do so). Your sexuality is an inherent and powerful part of you and the manifestation of creation energy. When you actively engage your erotic energy during your labor, you can even have an orgasmic birth!

In the following two programs, wholistic sexuality teachers provide the theory and the practices that will enable you to have easier arousal and expanded massive orgasms—and that can also enable you to maximize the pleasure of labor and birth. These programs will give you the tools and techniques to support you in all of your ecstatic journeys—better sex, better birth—and a more ecstatic life!

Intensive Journey Towards Ecstatic Birth

If you're interested in even MORE information on how to enjoy childbirth, the one-day intensive class can be the beginning of a longer four-month program.  The Intensive Journey Towards Ecstatic Birth is designed to help women train - mind, body, and soul - to put their power and their pleasure front and center during birth. The program will feature guest teachers whose work is revolutionary in the fields of birth and female sensuality, including Dr. Christiane Northrup and Sheri Winston.
