By understanding the physiology and hormones of childbirth, and the similarities they have to our sensuality and sexuality, you will have the keys to unlock pleasure and make childbirth safer and easier!

“A key takeaway for me is that I, as a woman, have all the power to have a pleasurable pregnancy, relationships, and birth. The best message was about healing, not only of postpartum, but of your past and negative thoughts… I have a completely different outlook on mother and fatherhood. I want to thank you a million times for putting this together.”
Aniceris C.

Childbirth, the most natural thing for women, has become such a controversial topic.

In the United States there was a large shift towards hospital births beginning around 1900, when close to 100% of births were at home.

Rates of home births fell to 50% in 1938 and to fewer than 1% in 1955.

However, between 2004 and 2009, the number of home births in the United States rose by 41%.

With celebrities like Gisele Bündchen, Evangeline Lilly, Mila Kunis, and more sharing their natural and home birth experiences, more women are exploring alternative options to medicated, hospital birth — what has become the “normal” childbirth experience in our culture.

But there is an overwhelming amount of conflicting information about the pros and cons, the safety, and the pain of natural and home births.

Which is why we pulled together 23 leading pregnancy and birth experts to clear the confusion, bust the myths, and set the record straight so that you can feel confident in the decisions you’ll make about your birth.

Imagine having access to the best wisdom out there about pleasurable childbirth…

Compelling conversations with top experts, including health professionals, doulas, midwives, and other birthing gurus — they’re pulling back the curtain and telling you everything you always wanted to know about birth.

“The experts are so inspiring and Debra’s way of hosting the discussions is brilliant. It was life changing for me.”
