Ep. 108 - Enjoy New Parenting by Kicking Worry to the Curb

with Olivia Bergeron

Pregnancy and new parenthood are not for the faint of heart. But it's okay to feel a little out of sorts. It's okay to feel overwhelmed. That doesn't mean you're a bad person or bad parent— it means you're human. Softening towards yourself is important.”
